I started Flow & Grow because I love helping brands connect with their audience in a genuine way, and email is one of the best tools for that. I started my career at small businesses where I wore a lot of hats, from social to strategy to design. That experience taught me how to quickly learn and adapt to different tools and platforms, especially email service providers (ESPs). I’m comfortable with just about any ESP, but I’ve developed expertise in Klaviyo, HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign, and Mailchimp.

When I’m not in inbox mode, I love traveling, painting, reading, being outside, and trying to keep my plants alive. Flow & Grow is a blend of the things I care about most: creativity, clarity, and helping businesses grow intentionally.
